Kbb Birmingham 2014 was a great success for TKC, providing both a substantial number of new business leads and the opportunity to meet up with existing customers.
Our new high gloss, handleless Lucente Grey kitchen, which was launched at the show, was extremely well received by both current and potential new customers alike. There was also a great deal of interest from visitors in our Cartmel range of Shaker-style painted doors, which are available both from stock and to order in any bespoke colour.
TKC’s managing director, Tom Kelly, comments, “Kbb Birmingham was a great show all round for TKC and provided our company directors with a tailor-made opportunity to catch up with and chat to our established customer base.”
Many of the visitors to our stand were new business prospects but already had an awareness of us due to our ongoing presence in the trade media or via word of mouth. Both existing and new customers were impressed by our product portfolio and the show proved to be a fantastic occasion for in depth conversations with visitors, all of whom were extremely complimentary about our ranges, competitive pricing and dedicated service.
TKC has witnessed an impressive increase in sales of painted kitchens over the past 12 months, which has led to us doubling the size of our on-site spray shop, and it was clear from chatting to visitors to our stand that hand painted kitchens are set to become more and more in demand over the next few years. Consumers are increasingly looking to create a bespoke look for their kitchen and hand painted doors, either on their own or mixed with high gloss, enable them to achieve this individuality.
